Affiliation disclaimer
Word Play Forever is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The New York Times Company or Josh Wardle, the original creator of Wordle. “Wordle” and any related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The name “Word Play Forever” is used in a descriptive, nominative sense to indicate that this site offers an unlimited-play, similar-style word puzzle experience.
Use of the site
Word Play Forever is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any puzzle/word/answer will be correct or available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Wordle Forever will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site.
Content
The word lists, gameplay logic, design choices, and source code on this site are the work of the operators of Word Play Forever (or used under appropriate license). The underlying game concept of guessing a five-letter word with color-coded feedback originates with Josh Wardle and The New York Times Company; we do not claim authorship of that concept.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
